Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has termed the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) announcement to the State authorities and the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) connected masala bonds a ridiculous determination made with a governmental motive connected the eve of the section assemblage polls.
