A rider connected an Air India Express formation from Bengaluru to Varanasi attempted to participate the cockpit of the craft connected September 22.

The antheral rider was looking for the lavatory and reportedly attempted to participate the cockpit erstwhile the formation was mid-air.

The incidental occurred onboard formation IX 1086, and has been confirmed by Air India Express.

The hose said that the incidental was reported to information agencies upon accomplishment astatine Varanasi airport.

The Air India Express formation took disconnected from the Kempegowda International Airport successful Bengaluru astatine 8 a.m. and landed successful Varanasi astatine 10.27 a.m.

Air India Express added that information protocols were successful spot during the flight, and information was not compromised.

“We are alert of media reports regarding an incidental connected 1 of our flights to Varanasi, wherever a rider approached the cockpit introduction country portion looking for the lavatory.
