More than 5,000 radical took portion successful a tally and locomotion lawsuit successful Coimbatore connected Sunday (October 5, 2025) to make roadworthy information consciousness among the nationalist to marque October 6 -12 an accident-free week.

The lawsuit was organised underNaan Uyir Kavalan, a roadworthy information run jointly launched by the Coimbatore territory administration, Coimbatore City Police and non-governmental organisation (NGO) ‘Uyir’.

Coimbatore District Collector Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar and City Police Commissioner A. Saravana Sundar flagged disconnected the lawsuit successful the beingness of Lieutenant Colonel C. Deepak, Officer Commanding, 2 (TN) Battery NCC, NCC Group Headquarters, Coimbatore; D. Balasundaram, trustee, Uyir; and Rotarian Chella K. Raghavendran, District Governor (RID 3206).

The lawsuit was held successful 4 categories and T-shirts were fixed to participants comprising schoolhouse and assemblage students, members from NGOs, Police Department, NCC cadets, residents of gated communities, members from the manufacture and the public. The conception of accident-free Coimbatore was explained to the participants, who were urged to make consciousness among their friends and relatives.
