Over 3,000 tree and branch fall incidents reported across Bengaluru in a month

Over the 1 period betwixt April 29 and May 29, dense rains and beardown winds crossed Bengaluru led to 3,015 complaints related to fallen trees and branches, according to information from the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA). Of these, 2,927 complaints were cleared, portion 88 remained pending.

The incidents included 949 cases of fallen trees and 2,066 cases of fallen branches. 

GBA teams cleared 923 fallen trees and 2,004 fallen branches during the period. 

The highest fig of complaints was reported successful West City Corporation, which received 1,249 complaints, followed by the South City Corporation with 700 complaints.
