Madhu condemned what they called the misuse of the PD Act against Mr. Appala Raju, wide caput of the Anakapalli District Rythu Sangham. They said the law, intended to woody with criminals and smugglers, was being wielded against a person defending the rights of farmers and fishermen.

Leaders of the All India Lawyers’ Union announced their plans to situation Mr. Appala Raju’s detention successful higher courts and pledged to widen continued ineligible and organisational support.
