The Opposition parties connected Friday (April 24, 2026) submitted a caller announcement seeking question for removal of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar. This is the 2nd clip the Opposition members person moved specified a notice.

The announcement was signed by 73 Rajya Sabha members from 11 Opposition parties, including Congress person Jairam Ramesh and TMC’s Sagarika Ghosh.
