The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has chargesheeted 11 individuals successful transportation with the loot of astir 4,000 kg of explosives from a conveyance successful Odisha's Rourkela territory successful May this year.

According to the agency, the explosives were being transported from the Itma Explosive Station to the Banko chromatic quarry connected May 27, erstwhile a radical of 10-15 equipped Maoists intercepted the vehicle, abducted the operator and seized the consignment.
"The vehicle, on with its driver, had been forcibly seized by 10-15 equipped Maoists and was being taken to a stronghold of the violent organisation successful the adjacent jungle," the NIA said.
