Culture Minister Suryabanshi Suraj said connected Saturday (October 4, 2025) that the determination was taken to beforehand taste practice and enactment accepted festivities.
The committees person been divided into 3 categories - practice Durga Pujas, Durga Pujas that are 75 years old, and the ones that are 50 years old, Mr. Suraj said.
While 215 practice Durga Pujas volition person ₹ 1.10 lakh each, the ones successful the 2nd and 3rd categories volition get ₹ 75,000 and ₹ 50,000, respectively, the Culture Minister added.
Mr. Suraj said determination are 197 puja committees successful the 2nd class and 673 successful the third.
A full of 1,085 Durga Puja committees volition beryllium provided the assistance, with the authorities spending ₹ 7.14 for it, Mr. Suraj said.
