The Delhi High Court said connected Thursday that it has not stayed proceedings successful the proceedings tribunal successful the intersexual harassment lawsuit filed by respective women wrestlers against erstwhile Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.
The observations were made by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma portion objecting to the repeated adjournment requests made by Mr. Singh during the proceeding of his petition seeking to quash the case.
