The New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) marked the commencement of Merchant Navy Week with a Flag Pinning Ceremony, honouring the invaluable contributions of seafarers and the maritime fraternity to the nation’s commercialized and system connected Saturday, April 4, successful Mangaluru.

As portion of the celebrations, the archetypal Merchant Navy flag/lapel was ceremonially pinned connected the wearing apparel of Capt. Brijesh Chowta, Member of Parliament, Dakshina Kannada, symbolising respect and designation for India’s maritime professionals.
