“Investigations by the NIA, which has been moving successful coordination with J&K Police, Haryana Police and different agencies, person further revealed that Zameer and Tufail were progressive successful the blast conspiracy, and were besides portion of assorted different panic conspiracies. The 9 men were arrested earlier from assorted locations successful J&K and Haryana.
