The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) connected Friday clarified that the compensation owed to T.N. However, the NHAI stated that compensation for the sandalwood trees connected Vishukumar’s onshore was assessed and paid arsenic per the rates determined by the Forest Department. Subsequently, the High Court enhanced the compensation amount.
“NHAI accepted the enhanced compensation and deposited the requisite magnitude earlier the court. However, the landowner declined to judge the compensation magnitude deposited done the owed ineligible process,” an NHAI connection said.
