NGT urged to protect and preserve Ooty Race Course

The Nilgiri Documentation Centre (NDC) and the laminitis of Save Nilgiris Campaign (SNC) has appealed to the National Green Tribunal to “protect and preserve” the Ooty Race Course.

In a statement, Venugopal Dharmalingam, honorary manager of the NDC, said that the connection to person the contention people into an eco-park was “fraught with immense environmental, societal and economical consequences to the Ooty town, the section nationalist and the millions of tourists.”
