NC wins three Rajya Sabha seats in J&K; BJP victorious in one

The ruling National Conference has won 3 Rajya Sabha seats successful Jammu and Kashmir, portion the Bharatiya Janata Party won 4th and last seat.

Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan was declared the victor successful the archetypal spot and Sajad Kichloo successful the 2nd seat, the enactment said successful a statement.

It added that NC treasurer G. S. Oberoi, besides known arsenic Shammi Oberoi, was declared the victor connected the 3rd seat.

A BJP spokesperson said enactment campaigner Sat Sharma won the 4th spot by securing 32 votes. NC campaigner for the seat, Imran Nabi Dar, got 22 votes.
