Nandhidhaa beats Arshiya, stays on top of the standings

Defending champion P.V. Nandhidhaa maintained her sole pb aft beating Arshiya Das successful the ninth circular of the National women’s chess title astatine Durgapur connected Thursday. She is connected 8.5 points, half-a-point much than Shubhi Gupta, who defeated G. Shivamshika.

Mary Ann Gomes is successful 3rd spot with 7.5 points, followed half-a-point down by Srishti Pandey. Two rounds remain.
