Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu launched ‘Araku Kouni’, the archetypal tribal millet-based nutrient paper of the State, during the Collectors’ Conference astatine the Secretariat connected Thursday. The inaugural marks a large measurement successful integrating accepted millet-based diets into mainstream nutrient civilization portion celebrating the State’s affluent tribal culinary heritage.

The ‘Araku Kouni’ paper features authentic tribal recipes sourced straight from the indigenous communities of Alluri Sitarama Raju (ASR) district. Dishes specified arsenic Korra Payasam, Ragi Chapati, Samala Pulihora, Kantla Ambali, corn vada, and toor dal curry bespeak the deep-rooted nutrient traditions of Araku’s farmlands and wood regions.
