In a large alleviation to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, a peculiar tribunal successful Bengaluru connected January 28, 2026, accepted the ‘B’ study filed by the Karnataka Lokayukta police, giving cleanable chit to him and his woman B.M. The Karnataka Governor connected August 19, 2024, had granted support nether Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act, 1988, for behaviour of probe against Mr. Siddaramaiah. On September 24, 2024, the High Court of Karnataka had not lone upheld the support fixed by the Governor but had besides said that probe is indispensable connected the allegations made successful Mr. Krishna’s complaint.

Following this, the peculiar tribunal connected September 25, 2024, had directed the Superintendent of Police, Lokayukta police, Mysuru to registry a First Information Report (FIR) against Mr. Siddaramaiah and others and behaviour probe into the allegations and taxable a study to the court.

Investigation against different accused to beryllium continued, the tribunal said.
