Minister hands over solatium of ₹3 lakh each to kin of Sivaganga bus accident victims

Minister for Co-operation K.R. Periyakaruppan here connected Monday handed implicit ₹3 lakh each to the bereaved families who mislaid their kin to the Sivaganga government buses accident connected Sunday evening. 

As the tragic incidental that took place near Nachiyarpuram at Thirupathur claimed 11 lives and injured 54 passengers, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin deputed ministers to cheque connected the injured passengers astatine the infirmary and announced ₹3 lakh solatium to the deceased’s families.  

Subsequently, Minister for Transport S.S. Sivasankar and Mr. Periyakaruppan along with District Collector K. Porkodi condoled the families of the victims and met those who undertreatment at Sivaganga Government Hospital, Thirupathur Government Hospital, and Karaikudi Government Hospital.     

As per the announcement of Mr. Stalin, Mr. Periyakaruppan handed implicit ₹3 lakh cheque to families of the 11 victims, a compensation of ₹1 lakh each for those who sustained superior injuries, and ₹50,000 each for those who suffered insignificant injuries.
