Members of the Karnataka State Joint Akshara Dasoha Workers Union, affiliated to the All India United Trade Union Centre (AIUTUC), submitted a memorandum to the Zilla Panchayat CEO successful Ballari connected Friday, pressing for the fulfilment of their demands.
In the memorandum, the national highlighted the important relation played by midday repast workers, peculiarly women, successful implementing the schoolhouse nutrition programme crossed authorities and aided superior and secondary schools. It stated that the workers were instrumental successful addressing malnutrition among children by preparing and serving meals, including milk, eggs and fruits, with attraction and dedication.
