Mangaluru International Airport, managed by Mangaluru International Airport Limited (MgIAL), handled a grounds 2,45,708 passengers successful January, 2026. It was the highest monthly passengers handled by the airdrome since the commercialized cognition day (CoD) of the airdrome connected October 31, 2020.
Of the passengers who utilized the airdrome past month, 1,63,966 were home and 81,742 were international. Of the full 1,624 aerial postulation movements recorded for the month, 1,141 were domestic, 425 planetary and 58 wide aviation, the airdrome posted connected societal media.
“A expansive opening to 2026, #MangaluruAirport mounting a caller monthly benchmark successful January. The month’s rider postulation and craft movements bespeak our expanding planetary footprint and committedness to seamless connectivity,” the airdrome posted.
“Highest full craft movements recorded overall, with the highest General Aviation and planetary movements, respectively, since CoD,” the airdrome said.
