The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) connected Tuesday directed non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to taxable applications for renewal of their Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) registration astatine slightest 4 months earlier expiry.

FCRA registration, which is mandatory for NGOs and associations to person overseas funds, is renewed each 5 years.
