Members of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Dakshina Kannada, person demanded elections to take 10 members to the managing committee, which has not been done aft the tenure of the contiguous committee ended successful 2024.

Activist G. Hanumanth Kamath, IRCS member, said that since 2013 elections person been regularly held, erstwhile each 3 years for electing 10 members to the managing committee. The elections were held successful 2016, 2018, and 2021. The tenure of the contiguous committee ended successful 2024. The yearly wide assemblage gathering was not held past year.
