Joint teams of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) apprehended a antheral impersonating a Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE) astatine Tirupati railway station, who was demanding fines from passengers.

The accused, identified arsenic Parvesh Shah from Kodungaiyur, Chennai, was recovered successful a heated statement with a rider astatine Gate No. 3. When RPF Inspector Sandeep Kumar and GRP Inspector Aseervadam questioned them, the rider stated that the ‘TTE’ had already collected ₹500 for ticketless question and was demanding an further ₹500.
