A peculiar tribunal successful Indore has ordered the confiscation of movable and immovable properties of ₹71.74 lakh belonging to a panchayat worker and his wife.
“These properties were unearthed 11 years agone during a Lokayukta constabulary raid,” a prosecution authoritative said.
Delivering the verdict connected Tuesday (November 25, 2025), Special Judge Abhishek Goyal ordered the confiscation of movable and immovable properties of ₹71.74 lakh belonging to Hanif Khan, a panchayat worker from Alirajpur district, and his wife, Sabina Khan.
“These properties indispensable beryllium instantly handed implicit to the Alirajpur territory magistrate, helium ordered nether the Madhya Pradesh Special Courts Act 2011. Corruption affects nine and administration. The acquisition of specified amerciable assets is condemnable," the tribunal said.
A Lokayukta constabulary authoritative said raids were conducted astatine Hanif Khan's premises successful 2014 pursuing a ailment of corruption, and assets disproportionate to his morganatic income were unearthed.
