The ED had registered an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) against Mr. Martin and others connected the ground of a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) lawsuit regarding the alleged nonaccomplishment of ₹910.29 crore caused to the Government of Sikkim successful transportation with the merchantability of lottery tickets by either manipulating oregon inflating the prize-winning tickets that were sold successful Kerala.
