A three-year-old leopard has died astatine the Bannerghatta Biological Park (BBP) owed to collapsed lungs and cardiomegaly (Hydrothorax and cardiac myopathy).

The BBP said that the leopard had stopped eating since October 30 pursuing which a humor illustration was taken and sent for examination.

“The carnal had a precocious temperature, dullness and anorexia. After 1 week of treatment, the leopard started having provender again successful small quantity. The oral medications were fixed successful the meat. On November 13, it again stopped taking feed. A humor illustration was collected and sent for the introspection and attraction began again,” the BBP said.
