East Godavari District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Secretary and Senior Civil Judge Yarlagadda Srilakshmi connected Friday inaugurated a Legal Aid Help Desk exclusively for inmates of the women’s artifact astatine Rajahmundry Central Prison.
