A Delhi Court connected Friday (January 9, 2026) framed charges against erstwhile Bihar CM and RJD Chief Lalu Prasad successful a corruption lawsuit related to a land-for-jobs scam. The substance was being probed by CBI.

During the proceedings, the CBI submitted a verification study regarding the presumption of the accused persons successful the case, stating that retired of the 103 accused named successful its complaint sheet, 5 had died.

The CBI filed complaint sheets against Lalu Prasad, his woman and erstwhile Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, their lad Tejashwi Yadav and others successful transportation with the alleged scam.
