After being denied the 2nd tranche of rent for the six months opening March, 2026, on with a one-time shifting complaint of ₹30,000, the Chander Kunj Army Towers Apartment Owners Association (CATAOA) has filed a contempt of tribunal petition against the Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) successful the Kerala High Court.
