The Kerala High Court has dismissed petitions that had been filed challenging the last notifications issued by the Kerala State Delimitation Commission regarding the delimitation of wards for the impending section assemblage polls. A full of 103 petitions had been filed successful this regard, pursuing which the tribunal considered them together. Referring to the provisions of the Indian Constitution, the tribunal observed that the orders issued by the committee cannot beryllium challenged earlier the court.
