The All India Congress Committee (ECI) has moved the Election Commission of India (ECI) against the Communist Party of India (Marxist)’s Kerala mouthpiece channel, Kairali, for allegedly disseminating fabricated pictures seeking to defame AICC wide caput K C Venugopal, MP.
