The Union Railway Ministry has revived hopes for Kerala’s long-pending semi-high-speed obstruction project, SilverLine, by asking the State to revise the Detailed Project Report (DPR). The projected corridor from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod is present required to usage wide gauge (BG) tracks alternatively of the primitively projected modular gauge tracks.
