The Kengeri constabulary person registered a lawsuit against the proprietor of a store for allegedly stocking LPG cylinders of assorted companies illegally and selling them astatine higher prices to customers.
According to police, the lawsuit has been registered astatine Kengeri Police Station nether the Essential Commodities Act and on with provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.
The ailment was filed by Mahantagouda Tadlagi (40), a Food Inspector of Bengaluru South Taluk. Following the raid, the constabulary registered a lawsuit against the proprietor of Mahalakshmi Enterprises and further probe is being carried out.
