Kazakhstan criticised Ukraine connected Sunday (November 30, 2025) for a drone onslaught connected the Black Sea terminal of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which handles much than 1% of planetary oil.

Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry said it was protesting "over yet different deliberate onslaught connected the captious infrastructure of the planetary Caspian Pipeline Consortium successful the waters of the Port of Novorossiysk".

"This incidental marks the 3rd enactment of aggression against an exclusively civilian installation whose cognition is safeguarded by norms of planetary law," the Ministry said.
