Kavitha writes to CJI to cancel Group-I exam

Telangana Jagruthi president K. Kavitha has sought the suo motu involution of the Supreme Court successful the Telangana Group-I recruitment and cancellation of the examination, alleging violations of the Presidential Order nether Article 371-D of the Constitution.

In her missive addressed to the Chief Justice of India, Ms. Kavitha urged an autarkic judicial enquiry into the introspection and recruitment procedures to guarantee transparency and accountability alleging “serious procedural lapses” and “constitutional violations.”
