As announced successful the State fund of 2025-26, the authorities has issued an bid extending the programme, presently being implemented by the Sri Sathya Sai Annapurna Trust, of distributing ‘Sai Shur Ragi Health Mix Powder’ mixed with blistery beverage 3 days a week to children studying successful authorities and aided schools from classes 1 to 10, to 5 days a week.
Currently, the wellness premix is served 3 days a week. In the latest order, the Department of School Education and Literacy (DSEL) has stated that 25% of the full outgo volition beryllium paid by the government. The full outgo of the task is ₹100 crore.
During the 2024-25 world year, the authorities had started supplying Sai Sure Ragi Health premix powder, mixed with beverage and provided to schoolhouse children nether Ksheera Bhagya scheme.
As recommended, 5 gram of the wellness premix pulverization has to beryllium mixed with 150 ml of beverage per child.
