Giving effect to the announcement made by Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar during his maiden Cabinet briefing, the State authorities has issued an bid exempting residential buildings up to Ground+3 floors oregon Stilt Parking+4 floors constructed connected plots measuring up to 2,400 sq. ft from obtaining Occupancy Certificates (OCs) for energy connections wrong the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) limits.
