The High Court of Karnataka has dismissed a petition filed by a U.S. nationalist who had challenged “leave India notice” issued nether the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025, aft helium was recovered engaged successful concern and commercialized activities adjacent though helium was issued lone a tourer visa.
