The High Court of Karnataka connected Monday refused to quash a transgression lawsuit registered against a 28-year-old antheral who was filming voyeuristic videos of women wrong Bengaluru metro and posting them connected an anonymous Instagram leafage called metro_chicks.

Justice M. Nagaprasanna passed the bid portion dismissing the petition filed by B.K. Diganth, who had challenged the legality of the registration of a transgression case.
