According to them, the tribunal has asked constabulary to analyse whether T.V. Prashanthan, who alleged that Babu demanded a bribe from him for starting a petrol pump, had met him astatine Pallikunnu.
Similarly, the constabulary were directed to cheque whether Mr. Prashanthan had filed a corruption ailment against Babu with the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) and what enactment was taken connected it, they said.
The tribunal besides directed constabulary to verify Mr. Prashanthan’s assertion that helium had taken a golden indebtedness to allegedly wage a bribe to Babu.
The family, successful its petition, had requested the tribunal to grounds the connection of a Minister, which was not approved by the court, a lawyer said.
