K.S. Viswanathan assumes charge as Director of Information and Public Relations in Vijayawada

K.S. Viswanathan assumed complaint arsenic Director of the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department of Andhra Pradesh connected Monday astatine the State office successful the NTR Administration Block, Vijayawada.

He succeeded Mr. Himanshu Shukla, who has been transferred and appointed arsenic District Collector of Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district. Following Mr. Shukla’s transfer, Mr. Prakhar Jain had been holding further complaint until Mr. Viswanathan’s ceremonial appointment.

Mr. Viswanathan earlier served arsenic Commissioner of the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA). In his administrative career, helium has held cardinal positions including Assistant Collector successful Anantapur, Sub-Collector successful Narasapuram, and Joint Collector successful Prakasam and Visakhapatnam districts.

After assuming charge, Mr. Viswanathan was congratulated by elder officials and unit of the I&PR Department. He aboriginal reviewed the department’s ongoing programmes and wide functioning with officials.
