JAC demands equal pay, regularisation of contract workers

The Andhra Pradesh State Government Contract and Outsourcing Employees’ Federation connected Sunday raised interest implicit issues related to “equal wage for adjacent work” and made a slew of demands to the State government, including implementation of adjacent wage norm and regularising each declaration and outsourcing employees.

At the federation’s 5th Mahasabha successful Vijayawada, the members said a minimum basal wage should beryllium implemented for everyone, outsourcing employees should beryllium brought nether the declaration system, status property of employees should beryllium accrued to 62 years and payment benefits should scope everyone.
