Iran connected Saturday (April 4, 2026) executed 2 men it said were convicted of links to an Opposition group, the People’s Mojahedin Organisation of Iran, and of carrying out equipped attacks, section media reported.

The executions were the latest successful caller days of individuals with PMOI links. The PMOI confirmed Saturday’s (April 4) executions, saying successful a connection that Iran was “trying to fell its weakness by executing governmental prisoners, particularly PMOI members and supporters.” Four PMOI members were executed earlier this week, it said.
The radical said the 2 men executed on Saturday (April 4) were arrested successful January 2024 and had their death sentences upheld successful December 2025.
