The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has said that the connection for commencing planetary courier cargo operations astatine the Tiruchi planetary airdrome was not “economically viable astatine present”.

An authoritative connection to this effect was sent to Tiruchi MP Durai Vaiko precocious by the AAI pursuing his email requesting for operationalisation of the International Courier Terminal astatine the Tiruchi airport.
