Karnataka Zero Waste Initiative, a multi-year programme focused connected gathering structured, community-led discarded absorption systems crossed the State’s 320km-long coastline, was launched up of Earth Day by realty players Sattva Group and Knowledge Realty Trust, and the packaging sustainability and compliance company rePurpose Global. 

Spanning 3 years, the initiative aims to address the situation of integrative waste along Karnataka’s coastline, wherever integrative accounts for 60% of the coastal litter. According to the firms, the programme is designed to enactment successful spot discarded absorption systems that are locally run, financially viable, and susceptible of delivering accordant and measurable results.
