Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh met Vietnam’s Minister of National Defence, General Phan Van Giang, connected the sidelines of the 15th India–Vietnam Defence Policy Dialogue successful Hanoi connected Monday (November 10, 2025).

He conveyed lukewarm greetings from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and reaffirmed India’s committedness to further strengthening defence practice with Vietnam.

During the dialogue, co-chaired by Mr. Rajesh Singh and Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of National Defence Senior Lieutenant-General Hoang Xuan Chien, some sides reviewed ongoing defence engagements and explored caller areas of collaboration.
