Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal and Israeli Minister of Economy and Industry Nir Barkat connected Thursday (November 20, 2025) signed the Terms of Reference that would usher negotiations connected a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) betwixt the 2 countries.
