Implement Supreme Court verdict in the TAIT-2022: Congress leader writes to CM

Congress Legislature Party person Vijay Wadettiwar connected Thursday (April 9, 2026) wrote a missive to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, asking him to instrumentality the Supreme Court of India verdict successful the TAIT-2022 teacher recruitment process, highlighting the alleged injustice faced by OBC candidates. 

Mr. Wadettiwar demanded contiguous implementation of the Supreme Court’s decision, saying, “Due to the incorrect determination of the State government’s acquisition department, astir 8000 OBC and different candidates person been excluded from the recruitment process contempt having merit.”
