Hyderabad’s residential existent property marketplace recorded 6,386 spot registrations successful March, marking a 3% summation compared to February erstwhile 6,179 units were registered, according to Knight Frank India. In worth terms, transactions totalled ₹4,637 crore during the month, reflecting a 12% maturation implicit the erstwhile month.

Homes priced supra ₹1 crore accounted for 20% of full registrations, with 1,305 specified units registered. The mid-segment, comprising properties priced betwixt ₹50 lakh and ₹1 crore, saw 1,517 registrations, making up 24% of the total. Meanwhile, the affordable segment, with homes priced beneath ₹50 lakh, continued to predominate volumes with 3,564 registrations, accounting for 54%.
