The Delhi High Court connected Monday (May 4, 2026) dismissed pleas by SpiceJet and its promoter Ajay Singh seeking a reappraisal of an earlier bid to deposit ₹144 crore successful transportation with its ineligible quality with media baron Kalanithi Maran and Kal Airways.

Justice Subramonium Prasad besides imposed outgo of ₹50,000 connected the hose and Mr. Singh. "Dismissed with outgo of ₹50,000," the justice said portion pronouncing the verdict.
